I took my car to Clay Cooley Chevy service center in Irving, Tx for some maintenance work, to note my car was clean inside and out including wheels and calipers after approx 5 hours my car was done but when I looked my car over it appears the mechanic switched my new looking bright red brake calipers out and put some dirty, grimey damaged brake calipers on my car, it appears my rotors were stolen as well, I had large sport car rotors on my Camaro I got my car back with very small rotors that were not even the same color as mine they were darker and some rotors were not even the same size. The brake calipers were (2 of them) open with the pins visible which is dangerous cause the brakes could go out all together.

I have pics of how my brake calipers looked, I have pics of how large my rotors were. Still the .manager refused to look at the video they have at the service center to see how my car looked when I handed it over to him and he will not even give the name of the tech who was responsible for working on my brakes. Now I have to drive an unsafe car cause I have no other way to get to work, I just found out today that the open caliper with pins showing was dangerous when I took it to the service manager he played like all caliper look like that, I told him they look dangerous and that my calipers were closed intact with no dirt and grime on them, he never once admitted that the situation is dangerous. He also claimed that he could not get the video of my car when I arrived and it appears that he is stalling so that he can have time to get advise from the lawyers in the mean time he has neglected to admit to me that the calipers are dangerous, what's more if those damaged calipers were the calipers I already had on my car then why did they not mention doing repair work on them during their point Inspection of my car?

They never brought the calipers to my attention. Why? Because I already had calipers that were in excellent condition when I arrived. It appears the manager is covering for his worker and is also stalling to confer with their legal dept, none of them is caring that they made a safe car that had been seen by 3 other mechanics prior to going to Clay Cooley an unsafe car.

The mechanics could not get a code from my car Indicating that anything was wrong so I took it to the Chevy dealer for maintenance of all my fluid, drain, fill and replace filters. The bright red calipers are what I drove into the shop with the dirty open ones with the pins showing are the ones they put on my car

I am so disappointed in the way that bands are always cut off for commercials or other commentary during the parade. The Lincoln High School Band from SD has been working hard for the last 18 months for this parade.

The Band Parents Association had raised over a million dollars to make sure all the band members could go and to feed the band to help out the students with the cost. The band did their rehearsal on the star late night Tuesday and all the families back home were watching today to see them perform. We got about 15 seconds of the band and then it was cut off by the announcers. What a let down.

I noticed that just about every other performance on the star got their full show on air.

I think NBC owes this SD band and all the families an apology for such total disrepect of all the work and the total letdown of watching our band. It would be nice to be able to have the footage of their whole performance on the star.

Hot topic of the day is that NBC broke FCC rules for SNL(Saturday Night Live) for having Kamala Harris come on the show at the last minute , just before the election, leaving no time for her opponent Donald Trump to do the same. I am officially boycotting NBC and any of their products but since this is owned by Comcast I am moving forward to not resume a business account with Comcast and will seek another company for phone and home services.

It was 7 or 8 years ago that Comcast , without telling their basic cable customers, decided to discontinue ability to view and purchase videos for personal library set up within comcast service. This means if I purchased a movie or documentary from them to put in my library, I no longer had access. Their own people (customer service, and store employees didn't even know), It is beyond me why a company would want to so call shoot themselves in the foot by discontinuing making money off customers for that service but here is a good example of " We are bigger and have more power, money and lawyers than you do". I believe their motive was to get people to spend more by moving to a higher tier level.

So they made money off the poor people that didn't want to fight for their money they invested in their video library and they made money off of going to a higher tier in order to view or purchase a video library. I boycotted Comcast for over a few years. They obviously have made so much money from "the people". I remember calling about 2 cents on my bill.

Now most people wouldn't blink an eye at a 2 cent charge but I needed to know what it was for. I thought , gee, if I got two cents from 32 millions customers, I'd be living high with 640,000.00. People don't stop to think about that. Bottom line, the customer service agent had no clue what each of the 2 or 3 bills I was charged the two cents was for.

She credited my account and shut me up with 6 months of a premium station...

with competition on their heels , I hope they strive to be a good company that they have the potential to become. In the meantime I am boycotting NBC and looking into a different company for home services.
