Phone number has changed. Called another number listed and it too wasnt the place for customer feedback.
NBC comes off as a dodgy company trying to avoid direct contact on their service. Im surprised NBC presents itself this way.
Preferred solution: I want to give NBC my feedback on their censorship of the news by not covering the crowd’s booing JD Vance.

What the *** Its bad enough that you have a Puerto Rican for the halftime show of our American pastime football game but hes got the nerve to sing in spanish. I am disgusted and pisaed off and NBC couldn't even answer my call.
Ive changed channels. Puppy bowl is more exciting and entertaining.

As a 75 year old retiree, I was stunned to find that I had to open a Peacock account to watch the Olympic Opening Ceremonies. After logging in to NBCOlympics.com at 7pm and doing other things while waiting for the 8pm start, I had used up my free preview!
This is a world wide event which amidst the chaos and volatility of our world, promotes the unity of peace and love among the peoples of the nations.
Yet NBC Corporate has chosen to profit rather provide and protect its message among the countries.
For a long time I have chosen not to pay for any TV or streaming service, Im a widow on a fixed income. Yet you require me to subscribe to Peacock to view this world-wide event magnifying the amazing accomplishments achieved by athletes who have dedicated their lives honing their God-given talents.
What they have sacrificed! Have you considered you will eventually be judged before your and their Creator for your profiteering?
How ironic Im expected to pay for Peacock!

Nobody cares about Epstein
I'm 64yo and grew up watching NBC news when it actually reported the news. Now a day's you can switch between ABC NBC and CBS and catch the same Bloombergs media propaganda with same same video footage on each channel.
I'm to the point of just not watching anymore. America is could give a *** about Epstein. The conversation has NEVER come up talking with normal everyday AMERICANS. Just you programmed Democratic ***

Incomplete reporting
Its very annoying when your reporting fails to satisfactorily report the 4 Ws. I am referring to Where.
Just tonights broadcast told of flooding in Washington.
Why cant you insert a map into a corner of the screen to inform your viewers of the location of the event? The same goes for forest fires, earthquakes, military actions and other stories that you report on.

NBC is our favorite channel & just when I wanted to watch one of my favorite shows on Wednesday night, we lost channel 12.1 & couldn't get back on our 2 Roku TV's.
We do stream and have for several years without an issue!
My husband finally picked up your signal and we have you back! He has since bought a better antenna, so we should be good now!
By the way, I did get to see my Chicago programs, as my husband was so smart to check his TV in his man cave! He has a TCL TV which didNBCNb pick up your signal!
